I acknowledge my intention to participate in an organized activity with Myra Howard ("Chi Moshi Inc."), involving various risks such as differing living conditions, foods, medical risks, hazards, and weather conditions. By participating, I assume all associated risks and hold Chi Moshi Inc., its officers, agents, vendors, and employees harmless from any liability. This release of liability extends to my heirs, executors, administrators, and family members. The limitations and exclusions of liability outlined in this Contract apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and remain in effect even after the Contract termination. This Release and Assumption of Risk complements the Assumption of Risk Provision in Section 11, Terms and Conditions, and any additional waivers I may need to sign for my specific retreat program. As a Client, I understand the potential challenges of hostile environments, changes in weather, and medical risks associated with the retreat. Chi Moshi Inc. will not be held liable for any issues arising from these conditions. The retreat leader or designated person may request the cessation of activities or terminate the retreat if necessary for safety reasons. I confirm the accuracy of all forms and documents provided, agree to the Release and Assumption of Risk, and have accepted the Terms and Conditions without reservation. I am responsible for my transportation to and from the retreat location and must opt-out of physical activities if not physically able to participate. Chi Moshi Inc. is not liable for missed activities or personal transportation costs. I authorize Chi Moshi Inc. to use any photographs or videos taken during the retreat for marketing purposes. These Terms and Conditions govern my booking with Chi Moshi Inc. By booking a retreat, I agree to abide by these terms. Chi Moshi Inc. reserves the right to decline bookings and adjust prices as necessary. The Client is responsible for reviewing and understanding the Medical Information and disclosing any relevant medical conditions. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with full payment due 45 days before departure. Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of the retreat. The Client must provide all necessary details before the specified deadline. Cancellation policies apply based on the timing of the cancellation. Chi Moshi Inc. may cancel a retreat under certain circumstances, offering a refund or alternative retreat option. The Client is responsible for missed services and optional extras. Chi Moshi Inc. may make changes to the itinerary if necessary, and Clients can transfer their booking to another person under certain conditions. Claims and complaints must be addressed promptly to Chi Moshi Inc. for resolution. I acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the retreat, releasing Chi Moshi Inc. from any liability. Chi Moshi Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance. The Client agrees to the standards set by Chi Moshi Inc. for the retreat and acknowledges that quality may vary due to local conditions. Chi Moshi Inc. is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat. These Terms and Conditions are binding and govern the relationship between Chi Moshi Inc. and the Client. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be updated on the website. Chi Moshi Inc. is committed to data protection and privacy, following GDPR guidelines. Personal information is collected and used for retreat services and shared with third-party providers as necessary. Measures are in place to protect personal information from unauthorized access.
